Kpop Velvet LLC will make sure to check all conditions of items in your order before shipping. However, in the chance that the items in your order are defective, damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us at shop@kpopvelvet.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information and we will gladly assist with a replacement (if product is available) or a refund.
Note: Minor dents or imperfections on album outer sleeves are not considered damage, as they come directly from manufacturers.
Please send the email through the same email you used when placing your order
Please include “Defective Product Claim” + your order number in the email subject line
Please record an unboxing video starting with the opening of your Kpop Velvet LLC package with no editing and with all contents visible. Please also include in your recording the shipping label associated with your package.
Please include any other information regarding your claim

Due to the nature of K-pop merchandise, Kpop Velvet LLC does not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Pre-orders
In-stock items
Albums, photo cards, lightsticks, and official merch
Please double-check your items

Order cannot be canceled once placed, especially pre-orders, as we secure stock immediately with our suppliers.
