Shipping 

    • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

    • Processing time includes order Verification, packing, and preparing your items for shipment.

    • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • At the moment, shipping is only available to addresses within the United States excluding United States Minor Outlying Islands, American Samoa (see also separate entry under AS), Puerto Rico (see also separate entry under PR), Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, U.S., APO/FPO, Guam (see also separate entry under GU).

    Unfortunately, this item cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

    Once processed, in-stock items ship within: 3-7 days (standard U.S.shipping)

    Pre-order Items follow the official Korean release schedule.

    • Pre-orders typically arrive to us 2-4 weeks after the official Korean release date

    • Once received, you order ships within 3-5 business days

    • Pre-ordered products will ship separately from in-stock products.

    • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on destination address, weight and product dimensions.

  • If you purchase multiple items in one order:

    • Your order will ship when all items are available

    • if you want items shipped separately, please place separate orders

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

    Unfortunately, Kpop Velvet LLC has no control over packages that have left our warehouse and are in the hands of the carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier for any updates on delivery including late or missing/stolen packages.

  • Shipping Delays may occur due to:

    • High demand during comeback seasons

    • Customer delays for international items, weather, or carrier issues

    • well will always update you if we are notified of any major delays

  • KPOP Velvet LLC is not responsible for:

    • Packages marked as delivered but not received

    • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

    • If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

    We recommend contacting the carrier for any missing/stolen packages.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

    We cannot guarantee changes after this window.

    For "Return to Sender" cases, we can resend the package to a new address for an additional fee. Any charges, fees or taxes associated with shipping/delivery are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
